Question

Posted (edited)

When I try to withdraw my money like I used to do, I had a notification that my crypto and tip permission has been suspended. When I'm reaching out to the support, they told me to do a Advanced KYC Verification. After some pictures, I got a notif that I have reached maximum number of submission attempts. And then after texting the supporters again, they told me to send an email to [email protected] to withdraw my remaining funds. I have done all the step they required me but the respond on [email protected] was I was unable to KYC, etc,... without mentioning about a way for me to withdraw. What should I do ?

I’m having the same problem — I finished kyc, I bet just a little, then when I tried to withdraw, they blocked it saying there’s an ongoing “investigation.” Support keeps telling me to wait but can’t give a straight reason. It’s frustrating because I’ve done everything they asked.

If anyone has gotten past this or got a clear answer, could you share what worked?

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Regarding the withdrawal restriction you reported, our investigation found that the KYC addresses you submitted on multiple occasions were invalid, and the submission limit had been exceeded. As a result, your documents did not pass the review, and your KYC verification remains incomplete.

We recommend contacting the relevant team via our official email:
[email protected] to clarify the specific reasons for the unsuccessful verification and inquire about the available next steps. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
