Help first deposit bonus not given

I was referred to by a friend and I deposit $200+ and didn't get my first time deposit bonus. Chat bot keeps telling me they don't have a bonus but I got a email sTing I would get up to 300% bonus if I deposit and I did and got nothing. What a rip. Can a mod help me, I like the set up but if this don't get fixed I'm bailing

Also the email is saying that the 300% deposit bonus which was limited time is done. But that they still have other stages of deposit bonuses there. The only reason I have seen as to not get deposit bonuses is when I have already gotten them. But looking at your bcd logs that is clearly not the case.

But after reading their help and not seeing a deposit bonus promotion I am thinking maybe you missed it.
