I don't get out much and I've played at several diffrent online casinos and this is the only one with public chat. I'm looking forward to meeting new people. I suffer from TBI from getting my bells rocked one to many times in the Iraq war. I was wondering. What do I have to do to be allowed to speak in public chat.
